Inner RePatterning – a Radically Different EFT Approach

By Tania Prince, EFT Master
Issues in EFT
1. To get results with EFT you have to get into the specifics of the problem. In many cases that means finding the events from the past that are foundational to your current problem and tapping them out. This can in some cases be complex and tricky.
What if you don’t need to go to the past events?
2. Typically in EFT we look for the core issues, we find words that represent them and tap. This can be challenging especially if you are working on your own problem. It can even be challenging for experienced therapists. One of the biggest problems for people new to EFT is finding those elusive words. In many cases the inability to find words can actually stop people using EFT in the first place.
What if you don’t need to even understand your problem in order to clear it? What if you don’t need the words?
Below is the transcript from a recent session using the Inner RePatterning. The session lasted 15 minutes.
Tania: Hello Anne
Anne: Hi Tania
Tania: Alright, now I understand you have a problem that you want to deal with.  Perhaps you could tell us a little bit about that?
Anne: Yes, it’s…I think it’s the last hurdle I’ve got with presenting.  I still can go completely blank and I can get a swirling feeling in my stomach that comes up into my throat and I just feel my throat tightening.  Yes, and in fact if I am listening to people, I can’t seem to take on board what they are saying sometimes but I think it is because I am nervous.  It is a fright…it’s an anxious thing.
Tania: Yes…and are there any thoughts that go with that?
Anne: Erm…it’s not who I want to be.
Tania: Alright, what I’d say is let us kind of use a new process with this and what I want you do is…you know that problem that you have, it kind of repeats itself over in your life doesn’t it?
Anne: Yes it does, yes.
Tania: Alright, and we kind of get a little bit attached to these things even though we don’t want to have them.  So, what we are going to do really in a way is “detach” you from that problem.  Will that be ok with you?
Anne: That would be wonderful, yes.
Tania: And what we are going to do if that is ok with you is set a goal for this session.
Anne: Yes
Tania: Anne, the goal…you just let me know if this is agreeable to you?  The goal for this session would be for you to kind of put yourself in a place of inner peace and joy.
Anne: Yes
Tania: Does that work for you?
Anne: Yes that definitely works for me
Tania: Alright, and also what I’d say is…you know, I want you in a way to go along for the session  to put you in the now, the present moment in time because when we have problems it is often related to the past events that have happened to us and our concerns about the future – yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: So really what we are going to do is look to put you in the present moment in time so there is no attachment of the past and no attachment for the future.
Anne: Sounds wonderful.
Tania: Alright. So with that, what I would say is let’s set some intentions for this and I’ll read them out to you and you just kind of set this intention within your mind.  So, the first intention that I would like you to say is the intention that you want to release any blocks that stop you living fully in the present moment in time, in a place of peace and joy.
Anne: Yes
Tania: In a place of peace and joy flowing through every level of your being
Anne: Yes
Tania: So set that intention within your mind…and set your intentions to release any attachment to the past of this story and the future of this story here, that blocks you from being within that place of the “Now”, yes…in that place of peace and joy.  So set that intention.
Anne: Yes, I’ve set that intention.
Tania: And set the intention that when we begin to tap that that will act as a signal for that healing to begin.
Anne: Yes, I’ve set that intention.
Tania: And that even when we stop tapping, that healing will continue until you reach that place of inner peace and joy flowing through every level of your being.  So set that intention within yourself.
Anne: Yes, I’ve set that intention.
Tania: And set that intention in a safe and healthy way for you.
Anne: Yes
Tania: And if there are any insights or learning that you need to take that will help you in a very beautiful way, you will be open to those insights and learnings at the appropriate time, so set that intention.
Anne: Yes
Tania: What I want you to do now is I want you to go inside and…in a way go inside of yourself and just get a sense of that problem, how you know you have got that.  Whether there are kind of physical sensations, whether there are thought processes or whether there is something else that goes on, but kind of in away scan down through your body and just get a true sense of where that is and what is going on for you that represents that problem for you.  I am just going to say you don’t need words to represent it, you know, just get a sense of it yes?
Anne: Yes.  I can easily get a sense of it throughout my body from my head (mind), going to my throat, to my stomach.
Tania: Alright, now when we do this process, you don’t need to understand this problem at all. In fact, I’d say that we don’t even attempt to understand it…yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: Because what I am going to do is just go through a process and I’m going to ask you in a moment to just go with whatever flows into your mind.  You don’t need to understand that at all…yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: So just let yourself flow with the process.  But for now, just go down and sense what is going on within you…yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: And I want you to take a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out that breath, I want you to have the sensation of pushing out that body that has all the emotions and feelings and senses and thoughts within it…yes?  So, push that body of you outside of yourself and have that sense of doing that.  You might want to take another breath and re-do it. Breathing in and on the out-breath have that sense of really pushing that view outside of yourself, until you who is here with me feels a sense of relaxation flow through your body…yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: You feel more relaxed now?
Anne: I do yes.
Tania: Now, have a sense of looking at that “you” that is in front of you, that has got all of those problems…yes?  And I want you to just look at her and tap on the thymus which is just roughly the centre of the chest and use all of your fingertips just gentle tappings there and just observing with no judgement, no criticism of her , just look, observe and I want you to say “I accept this”.
Anne: I accept this.
Tania: Can you say those words?
Anne: {sigh}
Tania: Is there an emotion coming up within you?
Anne: I feel sorry for her.
Tania: Alright, what I want you to do now is go inside of you and sense where that sorrow is…yes? Get a sense of that feeling, that emotion within you. Keep tapping on the Thymus…yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: And I want you to just get a sense of the sorrow within you and I want you to take a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out, breathe out that sorrow so that is again external to you within that body that is in front of you…yes?
Anne: {breathing out}
Tania: So all those issues and problems within that body that you are observing…and just look and do that until you feel a sense of relaxation come over you.  You no longer feel that inside of you…   Keep tapping whilst you do that ok? Alright I want you now to just observe that “you”, and just say the words “I accept these emotions”-
Anne: I accept these emotions
Tania: I accept they’re  there.
Anne: I accept they’re there.
Tania: I accept my attachment to them.
Anne: I accept my attachment to them.
Tania: my identification with them.
Anne: my identification to them.
Tania: and the story from the past of these emotions.
Anne: and the story from the past of these emotions.
Tania: and the future story of these emotions.
Anne: and the future story of these emotions.
Tania: and I want you now to tap on the top of your head and just say “I accept all of this is there”.
Anne: I accept all of this is there-
Tania: Is there…yes.  And just say the words “release and let go”
Anne: Release and letting go.
Tania: Go to the third eye position tapping nice and gentle there saying the words “accepting peace”, “accepting joy”.
Anne: Yes, ehm…I see an animated person now and not this little person with rounded shoulders.
Tania: Alright, so an animated person.  Scan down to her and kind of see where the healing needs to be there now and just observe it.  No judgement yes?  Just observe and see whatever you see…and if any words flow into your mind, just say them… but just observe and notice.
Anne: Yes, I think she is hoping she is going to stay like this but there is a little “oh, but will I?”
Tania: Yes, well that part of you, go inside of yourself yes, that part of you that generates “oh, but will I?”, the doubt.  I want you to scan down through you-
Anne: Yes, I’ve found it.
Tania: Yes and I want you to breath that doubt out of you yes? So I want you to take a nice deep breath in and breathe out that doubt and put that in front of you.
Anne: {Breathing}
Tania: and let me know when you have done that.  When you feel that sense of relaxation flow over you.
Anne: Yes, completely relaxed.  I am tapping on my third eye as well.
Tania: and just go down to your thymus if that feels appropriate and just tap there and just observe her and say… I accept this is ….. just observing whatever that is you see in front of you, the whole of it yes?  Say the words, I accept this is there.
Anne: I accept this is there.
Tania: I accept my attachment to this.
Anne: I accept my attachment to this.
Tania: I accept my identification with this.
Anne: I accept my identification with this.
Tania: and the story of this…
Anne: and the story of this…
Tania: from the past…
Anne: from the past…
Tania: to the future…
Anne: to the future…
Tania: I accept all of that.
Anne: I accept all of that
Tania: Now go to the top of the head and just say “release and let it go”.
Anne: Release and let it go
Tania: Release and let that go.
Anne: Release and let that go.
Tania: Go to the third eye and say, allowing peace…
Anne: allowing peace…
Tania: allowing joy
Anne: allowing joy
Tania: and just tap there nicely…Allowing peace…allowing joy.
Anne: Allowing peace…allowing joy
Tania: Now what do you see in front of you now?
Anne: I can’t get a picture.
Tania: Alright and just come to you and just scan down through you.  What is going on within you?  Any emotions now within yourself.  Just check
Anne: Nothing
Tania: Alright.  How do you feel at this very moment?
Anne: Lovely {laughing}.  I do, I feel nothing going through my head, no buzzing, you know…no mind…my minds not talking back at me I just feel so relaxed.
Tania: Yes.  Now I want you to tap on the top of your head.
Anne: Yes…
Tania: And I want you to just put your attention on your ankle, your front yes…with your minds eye and just have a sense of you, no words, no nothing and just be with you.  The innocence of you so be with the ankle or whichever part of your body seems appropriate and just gently tap…without words sensing your inner-self.
Anne: Yes.
Tania: And when you do that you might even shift to a new location and just be with that part of you.  Just having that sense of your inner self and you, your being yes?
Anne: Yes
Tania: And just go and put your intention on different parts of your body nice and slowly being present here now, in the present moment in time.
Anne: A-hum. Yes.
Tania: Alright when you have done that just stop tapping.  How do you feel now?
Anne: Oh, just so relaxed.
Tania: I want you to think of that problem and just tell me what happens?
Anne: I can hear myself listening and understanding and imparting everything to everyone around me.
Tania: So you have kind of got this sense of you doing a presentation in a successful way?
Anne: Yes.
Tania: Alright, I want you now to just…how do you feel now?
Anne: I just feel so relaxed I haven’t opened my eyes {laugh}.
Tania: Well you might need to open your eyes {laugh}
Anne: Ok, I will open my eyes {laugh}
Tania: A-ha…so, if you were to say ten is where you felt when you came into this session and zero is where you want to be, where would you say you are now?
Anne: I am going to say to zero.  I am seeing things more clearly around me.
Tania: In your room?
Anne: Yes, I can see erm…I have been having problems with my eyesight almost like I have not been able to see clearly but everything is more well defined, I can see…yes…more close up than further away but now that I am looking further away, everything seems clear and brighter.
Tania: Yes, so you are visually seeing things brighter?
Anne: Yes.
Tania: Alright, so I want you to try and get that problem and see what happens.
Anne: No, there is nothing in my body at all.
Tania: Alright, so are you ok to finish at this point?
Anne: Yes {enthusiastic}
Tania: Alright I will finish there now and let’s test that in the real world, but as you notice with this approach it is very easy to do.  Very, very easy…yes?
Anne: Yes – that’s wonderful.
Tania: Well I am going to finish there at this point so are you ok with what we just did?
Anne: Yes I am thank you.
Tania: Alright, so thank you very much for volunteering.
Anne: Thank you Tania, thanks.
Tania: Ok thanks . Bye, bye-bye
Following the session, Anne reported that the feeling she felt at the end of the session remained with her, in fact her words to describe how she was feeling was, “fabulous”. She also reported that whenever she looked at objects around her she found her mind stilling, feeling a sense of inner peace and feeling very present in the moment. This she reported was not something she had been able to do before the session.
Tania will be presenting Inner RePatterning at the EFT Masterclass Conference in London, 2/3rd of October – for more details go to http://www.eftmasterclass.com/

Romania - neolithic to present continuity

ACCOUNTABILITY AND RISK TO THINK OTHERWISE

Ion Ghinoiu

I am a specialist in popular culture. I am a child of peasants. Over the years, after much work we can come to look at culture both internally and externally.

All the time they devoted a career achievement Romanian Ethnographic Atlas. I think this was one of the great opportunities that God gave me

Right after I graduated, I went to work and we managed to meet three generations in this period that I worked hard both here in the office, but very much on the ground, looking for roots of folklore and traditions of our people. To achieve Romanian Ethnographic Atlas I labored tremendously, imagine that you have traveled and studied some 600 villages in Romania and we applied our questionnaires (1,200 questions) to more than 12,000 subjects. All they've done over 30 years. It's much less remains to determine is who will come after us and will consider what we have achieved.

After hundreds of days of work, we found that what I found on the ground does not correspond completely with what I had learned new theory. I must stress that our roots as a people should not be sought from the Greeks in Athens, Rome and Egypt, but here in our ancestral hearth at our Dacians.

Young people of today and our descendants can say that now we live in a period of cultural crossbreeding and to continue the traditions and culture of this ancient people must always leave the facts to be able to effectively understand reality as we managed to understand it during the 30 years of work (1970-2000) to achieve Romanian Ethnographic Atlas.

Those who come after us must make a substantial archive of the Romanian people's traditions, because I believe that in the future, Romania will be a frequent reference point in space Dacian ancestral history, which will rebuild the old European civilization.

* To discover something truly new to science which you have dedicated to wander, or to choose other paths than those who went to your illustrious predecessors. Without fear and with references such as the great scientist or teacher said in a research stagnates, becomes immutable. This message is sent to students at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work in the first lesson with real risks of error. Surprised by the proposal, young adventures waiting to see first teacher. Learn then how to decipher the meanings of this popular calendar holidays and customs by reference to the cosmic rhythms and biorhythms of plant and animal breeding, as distinct from the Carpathian pantheon reconstituted Greco-Roman Romanian consciousness induced by abusive livrească, as taken concept as opposed to being geomorfism anthropomorphism, as defined Romanian book of the dead who, unlike the Egyptian written on papyrus and missing more than two millennia ago, is still played at some funerals in south-western Romania and others. Cutezanţele One who likes to talk about so-called syndrome of Greco-Roman antiquity, the idea that everything that is valuable in science, philosophy, arts, democracy, mythology comes exclusively from the Greeks and Romans. From them they would start spirituality and Europe. For Romanian, named in ancient Rome, the consequences of aberrant forms clothes syndrome. Not trying to descend to the native substrate Thracian-Geto-Dacian assumes the risk of being called tracoman, be excluded from certain cultural and scientific circles. Convinced that there is a gulf separating the unnatural history of the Carpathian-Danube and a proto-psychological threshold of Greco-Roman antiquity did not have to go to get to other results than those arrived at this or that scientist, explorer, thereby exposing themselves to good science at a high risk of trying to overcome. His chance did that from 1967 until the day when they write these thoughts uninterrupted toil alongside fellow ethnographers, the great treasure which offered numerous arguments, Romanian Ethnographic Atlas.

Material ground for Atlas was recorded from 18 000 subjects in 536 villages on the basis of a 1200 ethnographic survey questions. Responses recorded at two times the existing ethnographic reality of the past century: 1900 and time of the survey years 1972-1982. From the responses received have resulted in over 1000 maps of which 600 were selected and grouped thematically in five volumes, each with approximately 120 ethnographic maps each: the first volume, habitat refers to the shelters here (settlement, household, housing and planning interior) and beyond (cemetery), volume II, occupations, means of making a living (farming, animal husbandry, sericulture, apiculture, hunting, fishing and transport), the third popular technology, the technical genius (crafts , popular technical facilities and food), the fourth artistic events to the port and folk art, the fifth spiritual manifestations, the habits of birth marriage and funeral, the holidays calendar and mythology. Map titles and legends are translated in three international languages (English, French, German), and mapped elements are illustrated with photographs, drawings, sketches. In parallel with the development of the atlas is published and a corpus of 25 volumes of raw material field, as was recorded by the subjects investigated.

From reading maps that, on investigation, the Romanians retained significant elements of wood and clay civilizations, the inhabitants of the Carpathian-Danubian makers and carriers are a synthesis of continental civilization, linked to the rivers, different from Greco-Roman civilization, linked to high . Carpatho-Danubian were expressed in wood and clay in prehistoric times, the ancient Geto-Dacian and visibly, in the twentieth century, when the survey was conducted for the Ethnographic Atlas. Archaeologists have discovered the Dacians statues, temples, fortresses of stone. They ruled the mountains of stone and marble, but its deities of wood and clay modeling.

It is known that the richest resources of food and water on Earth were the first and most important cradles of civilization. Danube Carpathian-Danubian was for ancient Egypt and the Nile, Indus and Ganges to ancient India, the Euphrates and Tigris for Sumer and Mesopotamia, the area of prehistoric genesis of a great civilization called Marija Gimbutas, an archaeologist and anthropologist great American, Old Civilization Europe. Scientist defined it as "a cultural entity between 6500 - 3500 BC. H., focuses on a matriarchal society, theocratic, peaceful, loving and creative art that preceded the Indo-Europeanized societies ..., need to recognize the achievements of our ancestors, old Europeans, as were the builders of temples, beautiful ceramic manufacturers painted and the object of worship. " Meanwhile, the scaffold Cladovei on the Romanian bank of the Danube, has discovered a new Neolithic culture which goes with the history of the European continent two centuries ago. The archaeological arguments, paleo-anthropological and paleolingvistice Marija Gimbutas demonstrates that in a geographical area presently occupied by Romania, Moldova, western Ukraine, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Yugoslavia, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece and the Aegean islands including Italian peninsula south-east, was developed prior to the ancient Greco-Roman civilization and the biblical myth of creation paternal great cultural and religious complex dominated by Mother Goddess. 2-3 millennia before ancient Greece and Rome shine crops in the lower basin of the Lower Danube Neolithic cultures flourished stunning: Precucuteni, Cucuteni have occurred, Hamangia and others. Carriers of these prehistoric cultures belonged to the agrarian society free of weapons developed and fortified fighting. They were unsurpassed in the processing of clay artisans, and perhaps inclined to meditation, illustrated feature clay figurines called Hamangia Thinker. The main role women played in these societies it.

From the first Neolithic culture of the Lower Danube Basin and up to oral culture charted in Romanian Ethnographic Atlas were passed about ten millennia. At the two ends of the long thread of history, one studied by archaeologists, ethnologists another one, there are many cultural similarities. Choosing as an example, a plastic representation which refers to women wearing weights on the head and oltence Neolithic, and one kissing the ground in the art pottery and fine art Neolithic home brâncuşian genius.

Generalizing huge documentary material to the extent permitted scientific archetypes of the 10 000 years of European civilization (8 millennia BC. H - 2 AD) can be divided into three cultural and religious complex: the first is dominated by Neolithic Mother Goddess (8000 BC. H. - 2500 BC. H.), the second Indo-European God Father (2500 BC. H - year 0), the third of God's Son, Jesus (year 0 -). After another test, how people have imagined that their deity worshiped show, the Europeans had built unmistakable archetypal worlds: a geomorphic, Neolithic home, which emulates the beauty and perfection egg, another anthropomorphic home Indo-European and Christian, which emulates human. The characteristic elements discovered by archaeologists and ethnologists collected can systematize so.

Greater cultural and religious complex in what is now Romania certified:

*

A great spiritual crisis must have shaken the world to transition from the Neolithic to the Bronze and Iron Ages when it was replaced divinity geomorphic and maternal and paternal Anthropomorphic that in parallel with its exile on Earth, everything and all the high heaven. But the universe is infinitely small in its structures (cell, molecule, atom, subcuantice units) to the infinitely large (the planets, the stars, galaxies, galactic swarms and superroiurile) geomorphic not anthropomorphic. Is it possible to reconcile the two models of living people on Earth, one geomorphic, fully in line with the Earth and the universe, and other anthropomorphic arrogance imposed and dominated by the most powerful creatures on the planet?

For the definition of Old European Civilization, were added in the last two precious time arguments: Pantheon Romanian and Romanian book of the dead. The disadvantage of these creations in the Carpatho-Danubian were written on papyrus or carved in stone is canceled their survival in the early millennium oral culture. Greco-Roman pantheon Egyptian Book of the dead and disappeared were written, Pantheon Romanian and Romanian book of the dead were not written, but there can be verified on the ground. If Carpathian pantheon were written in antiquity, it was underlined the differences between two great civilizations of the time, a Mediterranean, Greco-Roman, which is expressed in stone (temples, statues, cities), with influences from the terrestrial civilizations înmănuncherea the continents (Europe, Asia and Africa), marked by rivers that flow into seas by three deltas (Danube Delta, the Tigris and Euphrates Delta, Nile Delta), and another about the inland waters, the Thracian-Geto-Dacian, reared place, which is expressed in wood and earth (city, columns, temples) in clay and baked dough (figurines of all kinds. If Jews, Indians, Egyptians, Greeks inherited cultures as ancient peoples who inhabited Palestine, Greece Egypt, India, Romanians inherit in the same basic logic, culture first European civilization. After fetishism written document, which may invalidate any archaeological and ethnological argument would mean that any Amerindian cultures would not have existed before the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus ! heirs of European civilization are the Greeks of ancient Athens or Rome Italians Carpatho-Danubian Romanians?

Carpatho-Danubian Pantheon, the exponent of a civilization of wood and clay, is a mythical world in relation to atypical Greco-Roman pantheon. It has some connections with the Greco-Roman, but also that of ancient India. Moreover, a mysterious connection with ancient spirituality Indie Carpathian high spirits would fascinate Romanian: Mihai Eminescu, Brancusi, Eliade. Often, the land of the Carpathian Indian gods are known, and often they perform their duties at their home in ancient India: universe god Shiva, the Christmas carol Siva, Rudra the god of rain, the ceremony Paparude, god of death Yama in some Romanian beliefs and expressions (to give the birds winter in cattle, namely to give death.)

Regarding the Romanian book of the dead, synonymous with the Egyptian Book of the dead, sacred texts include the opening of the road dead soul that separates the world of mythical underworld here, sung by a female choir at times and places significant funeral ceremony . The texts are transmitted through the opening monologues and dialogues are sung to the dead messages, goddesses of destiny (Dawn), posthumous spouse (tree, spear, flag), various substitutes for the dead (the pillar, the cross). Appear as the Goddess of death, Kite (kite, Corboaica, eagle) and anthropomorphic, with human face (Fairy Elder Death Precesta Mother, Mother Iroda). The sung texts appear, in turn, guides angels (wolf, fox, otter), customs benevolent, personified guidance cues (împupită willow, apple blossom), characters psychopomp (horse, deer) and, finally, to the world beyond relatives of the dead. Knowledge of the deceased is in great need by simple methods are presented: a detailed description of the road and appearance mythical mythical characters, key moments in the journey rehearsal for determining knowledge, good with the bad road comparison, friends with neprietenii. The range of funeral songs, compact in the early twentieth century in the south - west and central Romania (Gorj, Mehedinti, Caras-Severin, Timis, Bihor), relatively compact in southern Transylvania (southern counties Alba, Hunedoara, Sibiu, Brasov), sent strong tentacles in the north (Bistrita-Nasaud, Mures), in the counties of Moldavia (Suceava, Botosani, Neamt, Iasi, Vaslui, Vrancea, Galati), Moldova and the south, and Romanians in Serbian Banat Timok Valley. In areas that have not been certified funeral songs (Dawn, singing tree, Songs Vigil and others), their function was taken partly out of lamentation versified. Funeral songs are not certified to neighboring nations Romanians and other peoples of Europe or, for which they were listed incorrectly by the great Constantin Brăiloiu ethnomusicology category in mourning. Verses, hexa-or octosyllabic, with clear predominance of the hexasilabice seem to have hardened, and verses carved on ancient sarcophagi. They have been extensively refined and poetic decanted and any filler metal impurities which would be difficult sending the message clearly. The songs, with their prehistoric sonorities have deep resonance in the hearts îndoliaţilor and surrounding nature, they contrast with the lugubrious lamentation despair itself. Ganja Yoga

aum

"Hamsa" is a pure state of mind that relates to a mythical swan. This mythical swan supposedly could drink the milk out of water that was mixed with milk. Hamsa refers to the mind able to filter and absorb the good through the vast inputs before it. When we meditate and go deeper inwards our thinking patterns change and gradually our mind begins to perceive from higher conscious states, like a swan gliding above thought process. When the mind goes goes inwards and goes beyond to the thoughtless realm of deep meditation, the mind state is called hamsa.

Yogis who meditate for years together acquire a pure mind state that enables the discipline and insight to choose the right intakes of food and herbs. Ganja, as marijuana is called in India, is considered to be a sacred herb of Lord Siva due to it the effect it has on the mind to go inward, with focus.

Ganja, however, is also regarded with reverance. In other words, ganja is to be be smoked exclusively to take the mind to the oneness state. The effect of taking the inward journey through ganja is- ability to transcend the mind, i.e, to go beyond sleep to the sleepless sleep state called turiya by the yogis; to transcend body consciousness, i.e, to go beyond hunger, heat and cold; ability to empower the mind with clarity, insight, creativity and focus. All these effects are actualy nearly the oppposite effects that one might have when ganja is smoked simply for recreation.

These are steps suggested from the yogic wisdom to enhance the goodness of this sacred herb of higher consciousness-
1. Keep your stomach light, i.e, ensure a gap of atleast two hours before you had a meal. A light stomach enables the mind to climb beyond body conciousness.
2. Sit down and go into the calm space within. Become aware of breath with deeper inhales, longer retentions and stretched exhales.
3. Feel your Soul as the Spirit within. Make a mental offering of the ganja to your Self, the joyful part of you.
4. Inhale breath- Make a straw with your tongue as you inhale. Inhale imagining the breath to be from the tail end of the spine- the root chakra.
5. Retain breath- Hold the breath and slowly visualize the spot above the navel as where the energies are rested.
6. Exhale breath- Exhale with your eyes close and focussed on the 'third eye', the spot between the eye brows.
7. Skull breathing: inhale with full lungs, retain breath, bring the focus to the third eye and do short bursts of exhale visualizing the third eye utilizing the diaphram. Do this a couple of times.
8. Inhale, retain breath and focus in the third eye and say, "Aaaaah" slowly and feel the sound become resonance as you visualize a light in the third eye.
9. Bring your focus into the third eye and find an immense calm space where you are in the moment- no thoughts of tomorrow or yesterday- just the now moment.
10. Say hello to the joyful stillness inside you- this is your soul, the Spirit.
11. Say a mantra that you like or tune into a mantra chant and allow the mind to be absorbed in the chanting that enables the mind to repeat in the same pattern over and over again. This condenses the mind to focus on a single point.
12. Take the ganja to your heart, think of an intent, i.e, like- 'Peace for the world",and feel the ganja being blessed by your favorite deity of worship- Jesus or Allah or Goddess Kali or any entity/being/name who you attribute as Source.

Now smoke the blessed ganja!

Enjoy the sacred inner journey to be a master of higher consciousness. We recommend you to listen to a powerful chant music- Turiya Nada on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads while you take your inner journey into light as a swan. Fly and glide!

The 6 Steps of Inner Bonding

The 6 Steps of Inner Bonding

Practicing the Six Steps of Inner Bonding leads you along the spiritual path of healing the ego/wounded self and creating communion with God. Practicing them on a daily basis leads to the development of a loving, spiritually-connected Adult. A brief overview of the Six Steps are presented here.

Step One: Willingness to Feel Pain and Take Responsibility for Your Feelings

Move into the present moment and focus within, tuning into your feelings - the physical sensations within the body. Choose to be mindful of and pay attention to all distressing feelings rather than protect against them with substance and process addictions. Make a conscious decision that you WANT to take responsibility for your feelings.

Step Two: Move into the Intent to Learn

Invite the compassionate Presence of Spirit into your being to help you learn what you are doing or thinking that may be causing your pain. In Inner Bonding there are only two possible intents in any given moment: to protect against pain and avoid responsibility for it through trying to control yourself and others, or to learn about what you are doing or thinking that may be causing your pain so that you can move into loving yourself and others. When you are in the intent to learn you are a loving Adult. When you are in the intent to protect and avoid you are operating from your ego wounded self, or child-adult. In Step Two, you welcome and embrace all your feelings with compassion.

Step Three: Dialogue with Your Wounded self and Core Self

Discover the thoughts/false beliefs from your wounded that may be causing your fear and pain; release anger and pain in appropriate ways; learn about the past that created the false beliefs; nurture your wounded self; explore your core Self and what brings you joy.

Step Four: Dialogue with Your Higher Guidance

Ask your spiritual Guidance (whatever that is for you): What is the truth about the thoughts/false beliefs you may have uncovered in Step Three? and What is the loving behavior toward your Inner Child in this situation? What is in your highest good? What is kind to yourself? Open and allow the answers to come through you in words, pictures or feelings. The answers may not come immediately, but if you have a sincere desire to learn, they will come.

Step Five: Take Loving Action

Tell yourself the truth and take the loving action that came through from your Guidance in Step Four; put God/Spirit into action. Consciously move into gratitude for your Guidance that is always here for you.

Step Six: Evaluate Your Action

Check in to see if your pain, anger and shame are getting healed. If not, go back through the steps until you discover the truth and actions that bring you peace, joy, and a deep sense of intrinsic worth.

These Steps will come alive for you as you learn and practice the Inner Bonding process.

Sacred Warrior

Path of the Sacred Warrior
by Peggy Andreas

First circulated on the newsgroup alt.religion.shamanism, this essay was published in Towards 2012 part I: Death/Rebirth (The Unlimited Dream Company, 1995). It forms the start of a trilogy which continues with Path of the Sacred Clown and Path of the Shaman. Written around 1995.

“Hoka Hey!” exclaims the Sioux warrior riding into battle, “Today is a good day to die.” A true warrior dares to do the impossible. She dares death and she respects death, both. A story about Native American warriors puts it this way, “Warriors live with death at their side, and from the knowledge that death is with them, they draw the courage to face anything. The worst that can happen to us is that we have to die, and since that is already our unalterable fate, we are free; those who have lost everything no longer have anything to fear.”1

The Path of the Sacred Warrior begins with the awareness that we are mortal beings, that we are going to die. Knowing this, we can see our lives in better perspective. Knowing this, we can act ALWAYS so that we will be able to die centered, beyond fear, at peace with what we have made from the stuff of our lives. The goal is to live our lives well in order to eventually die well, so that what is eternal about us (our Spirit?) will be set free. We must each come to terms with our own personal Deaths. For instance, I like to think that my body is offspring of an act of love between my Spirit and the Elemental world. I like to think that MY death will be a final consummation and bittersweet orgasmic consumption of that love!

The Sacred Warrior walks her path with her Death at her side. And her Death makes Herself available to the Sacred Warrior as an advisor, teacher, and friend. This relationship with her Death calls the Sacred Warrior to be who she truly is, to live her life fully and completely, to use the power-from-within. As Agnes Whistling Elk says in the story Medicine Woman, “You can only be dangerous when you accept your death. Then you become dangerous in spite of anything. You must learn to see the awake ones. A dangerous woman can do anything because she will do anything. A powerful woman is unthinkable because the unthinkable belongs to her. Everything belongs to her, and anything is possible.”2

In Native American lore, stories of warriors often reveal a childhood filled with inner turmoil and outward aggressiveness. Baby warriors are keen to explore the world and they don’t want anyone or anything to get in their way. They may fight with their siblings or test the parents mercilessly. Warriors often seem to have come into life with an excess of energy. Their temperaments are fiery; their wills, strong. A young warrior who is thwarted in her physical expression will almost certainly compensate with surplus mental or emotional energy.

The story of the Tewa Cottonwood Warchief, Pohaha, illustrates this theme. Always angry when young, she rebelled when coaxed to do domestic work. Finally, her tribe consented to let her go to battle, where she distinguished herself mightily. After that, it was said, her constant anger disappeared and “she became a good woman.”3 Her name, Pohaha, means “wet-between-the-legs-ha-ha” because of her habit of pulling up her dress to taunt her enemies with the fact that she was a woman! Eventually, the great Pohaha was elected “Warchief” by the elders. As War Chief, she would have to lead her people against enemies, protect them from sickness and treat them as her children. She took her charge seriously; and when she died, she left her mask and said it would represent her even if she was dead. “I will be with you all the time,” she told her tribe, “The mask is me.”4 The Cottonwood people keep her mask, and tell her story, to this day.

A young warrior is hard to control. But once that warrior is trusted with a challenging task, she is on her way to SELF-CONTROL. Native Americans begin the warrior-training with hunting lessons, along with basic wilderness-survival skills. They teach the young huntress a respect for her “prey.” They show the young one that to learn from one’s Death (the Ultimate Huntress), one needs to develop humility, patience, and an ability to keep a clear head—or, at least, to clear one’s head, fast! The wilderness-survival training is a good idea for a Sacred Warrior—it gives her a true knowledge of her world, and of her relationship to it. It gives her Nature as her first Opponent. She learns that one cannot “compete” with such a powerful Opponent. Yet she also learns that this Opponent is a mirror to her own heart, and as such deserves respect and, even, love. From this realization, she goes on to learn self-defense and self-reliance.

Obviously, this is a path of courage. Native Americans call their warriors “Braves” for a reason. The more courage one showed, the more honored the warrior! “Braves” (both female and male) who rode into battle did not seek to kill the opposition. It was considered much braver to humiliate (“count coup on”) the opposition by getting close enough to simply touch, or to capture the opposition’s ceremonial pipe, war bonnet, shield or bow.5 To kill another warrior was considered a dubious accomplishment. To kill “innocents” was considered cowardly. In ancient days, it is said that great warriors would not attack a camp, but would enter and be welcomed. They would be put up in the “enemy tipi” to rest and be fed. Then all the young warriors of the camp would come to challenge the great warrior, hoping to “count coup” but usually just lucky to hold their own. No doubt they received a few lessons in the holding.

“Capturing” (what we might call “stealing”) became one of the greatest warrior feats. Since there was no idea of property, it was more like “reclaiming.” This is where the White insult of “Indian-giver” originated. Entities (like horses) or places (like a forest or a plain) could not be “owned” by anyone; therefore they belonged to those who took care of them.

In the modern world, our battles are usually fought in somewhat different arenas. Many writers and re-claimers of Herstory are Sacred Warriors, realizing that “The pen is mightier than the sword”. “Say you were a writer and you decided to pick Anaïs Nin as your worthy opponent. You tried to beat her in creativity and ideas. In a sense, you would use her to see yourself. You don’t want her to fail—you would lose your model. What does a medicine person want you to do? They want to give away to you until you have power so that you can become a worthy opponent to another worthy warrior.”6 What IS opposition, anyway? This question is central to the Sacred Warrior’s Path. It does NOT involve contempt. It is wasteful to feel contempt for people or other entities. A Native American warrior speaking to a group of White Americans put it this way, “You people have such anger and fear and contempt for your so-called criminals that your crime rate goes up and up. Your society has a high crime rate because it is in a perfect position to receive crime. You should be working WITH these people, not in opposition to them. The idea is to have contempt for crime, not for people. It’s more useful to think of every individual as another YOU—to think of every individual as a representative of the universe. Even the worst criminal in life imprisonment sitting in his cell—the center of him is the same seed, the seed of the whole creation.”7

So what is the feeling that the Sacred Warrior cultivates within herself? Detachment is important. “Everyone who wants to follow the warrior’s path has to rid herself of fixation: the compulsion to possess and hold onto things.”7 It is easy to see that walking with one’s Death at one’s side can help one remember that “you can’t take it with you.” Besides, a fluid warrior needs to be free of burdens, needs to be free to think clearly, and move at a moment’s notice. She also needs to be able to live in the present. In order to cultivate detachment, a warrior develops her sense of humor and a great sense of resourcefulness. These become her shields. She can feel her strong and passionate emotions and then let them pass THROUGH her. She can laugh at herself.

But there is a danger in detachment. A warrior can become so self-reliant that she becomes arrogant and uncompromising. She becomes incapable of compassion. What brings the “sacredness” to the path of the Sacred Warrior is LOVE. To the Sacred Warrior, Love is felt when the heart is open. Great warriors are said to have great hearts, and even the strongest, most skilled, most dangerous warrior becomes Sacred when she puts herself in service (as a Guardian or a Champion) to a child, a needy group, a holy place, a worthy task. MOST of all, the Sacred Warrior is at the service of those who truly require her. She does this not for them, but for herself. Her love and service are free, without attachment or expectation—unconditional. She knows, perhaps more than anyone else, that to truly love is the most dangerous and most daring act a Sacred Warrior can perform. An Apache maiden, Lozen, became a powerful and respected warrior. Expert in riding and roping, she was always able to bring back enemy horses. She was dedicated to helping her people. It is said that once she found herself alone in enemy territory with a young mother and her baby. She spent several gruelling months leading them to safety, when she could have just as easily rode away by herself. As she matured in her compassion, she began to develop the uncanny ability to determine the location of the enemy, and became a welcome voice at tribal strategy meetings.9 Throughout Native American lore, there are many such stories of big-hearted Braves. While they are much admired and honored for their hunting, fighting, and survival skills, they are even more respected and loved for their compassion and kindness.

In the past, Sacred Warriors battled for the protection and survival of their tribes, and for personal satisfaction. This is still true, but in our Age, the definition of “tribe” can vary. The Sacred Warrior who travels on “A path with a heart” must find her own sacred battlefield. The fight may be for justice, or peace, or respect—whether personally or publicly. Many Sacred Warriors fulfil the Native American prophecy of the “Warriors of the Rainbow” that says, “When the Earth is sick and dying, all over the world people will rise up as Warriors of the Rainbow to save the planet.”10 This prophecy is furthered by the words of a modern Native American/Eskimo who says, “Great are the tasks ahead, terrifying are the mountains of ignorance and hate and prejudice, but the Warriors of the Rainbow shall rise as on the wings of the eagle to surmount all difficulties. They will be happy to find that there are now millions of people all over the earth ready and eager to rise and join them in conquering all barriers that bar the way to a new and glorious world! We have had enough now of talk. Let there be deeds.”11

Magic Medicine Goddess

Ahn Tz Lin

These Three Healing Sounds were taught to me by Dr. Ou, a renown bay area Chinese Medicine Doctor.

She told me she learned them at her Buddhist temple from a friend, and she has not read or heard about them anywhere else. They are what she uses to maintain great health.

She has asked me to teach people these sounds.

Ahnnn disperses energy in the neck and head. Going up and swirling out the ears, also over the head. Use for sore throats, headaches, anytime you want to access the neck and head.

Tzzz moves energy sideways from the chest to the arms all the ways to the fingers.

Liiiin swoops down from the solar plexus and goes straight down on both sides of the body, moving energy through anything below the diaphragm. This includes the organs down through the legs and feet.

Focus on the area you would like to affect, and then say your sound. They can also be said in the mind. For all three sounds a higher pitch tone will direct the energy in the front of the body, while a deeper pitch will affect the back of the body.

La Méthode France Guillain

France Guillain:

Bath Derivative, what is it?

Competence archaic, using the freshness and walking, ensures moving, functions and the expulsion of fat.

Bath Derivative is not a medicine nor sweet nor exotic. It is a skill just as archaic breastfeeding. It is used to replace the effects of walking naked in a hot country, which was the primary condition of being human. The animals routinely practice without asking questions about the seasons, without considering the fact that they are yin or yang. The polar bear is covered with a thick fleece and it has sex and perineum cool. The Scottish live naked under their kilts. They do not need Derivative Bath. All the speeches that tend to discredit the Baths pass can only be committed by people who do not practice, or people who are embarrassed by a technique that does not cost anything and is found to be very effective for our well-being. It is therefore too stupid to denigrate the Bath Derivative than denigrating breastfeeding.

Bath derivative (or gel pack) is one of the 4 elements of the France Guillain method.

On this site we are only talking about natural means and free to do good with water, freshness, good nutrition, clay and sun. We are six and a half billion humans on the planet, good form is it restricted to the billion has money? Certainly not! My many travels around the world have amply demonstrated to me. It is normal that nature offers us the free means to do us good. Now let's turn to what the Derivative Bath.

Description of the Bath derivative.

Bath Derivative is a technique of combining the action of freshness to the friction in both groin and the perineum in order to vibrate, making motile intestine and the entire fascia.

It can be advantageously replaced by the use of gel packs, because it appears that what we lack most is not friction but the freshness in the perineum. It even works on people who simply can not walk.

This leads to the motility of fresh fascia and intestine causing the expulsion of faeces, but also moving, journey through the body fats from digestion. Fats fluids, said Brown, is essential for protection against heat and cold, energy, reserves, hormonal function, the transport of adult stem cells capable of repairing all tissues, and finally two cleaning functions. Heavy grease (yellow and white fluffy) are fat due to poor quality of denatured foods and poor mastication. They are found primarily in animals (and humans!) Breeding. They must be expelled by the fluid greases.

For a hundred years, and according to that described Louis Kuhne, Bath Derivative was strictly observed as a method of cleansing the body. We begin to understand how to move your fat cells, what they do, how to circulate. This continuous flow of fat allows the escape velocity when they enter the body through digestion. It also allows fluid greases, Brown said, to drive the heavy grease that distort the shape and fill at least eight functions that are dormant when the fascia is not working.

Derivative Bath is known for thousands of years in China, it is practiced traditionally in New Guinea, we find traces in the Koran and the Torah (washing several times a day), and it is practiced in France by hundreds of thousands of people. Henri-Charles Geffroy La Vie Claire and Raymond Dextreit held him in high esteem. It is recommended by many hygienists and increasingly recommended by doctors. Dr. Plisnier, author of The Health Freedom, published by Amber 2001, devotes three pages.

Of course, the effects of the Bath Derivative abound. They are primarily from the bad fat, thick, which lie directly beneath the skin. But they also help people who are too thin to adequately feed the muscles, denser bones. They definitely help to regenerate the body.

There is much to say about Bath Derivative, and you will find additional information in The Baths pass, editions Youth, Bath Derivative hundred years after Louis Kuhne, Editions du Rocher, we are all beautiful! LPM Publishing, Bath and derivative gel pack Editions Demeter. See "The Books of Guillain France. You can learn much more by participating in seminars or conferences with Guillain France. Dates and locations: see "Seminars" and "Conferences".

The gel pack

At the origin of mankind, we walked a lot, naked, in hot countries. In such cases, the sweat from the body slips into the folds of the groin and perineum. Evaporation offers cool. Walking provides the friction in the groin. The combination of freshness and friction promotes motility (contractions min) of the intestine and the fascia, which allows our fat to move, to perform their various functions and to be evacuated to the speed in which they formed by digestion.

The gel pack brings freshness essential to the perineum. It is absolutely abnormal for mammals to have perineal warm all day. We are mammals. Yet we have this part of the body mainly warm especially after 60 years!

Experience has shown for nearly ten years it was possible to obtain very interesting results by separating friction and freshness. For example you can walk an hour in the morning and sit in the afternoon on a cold gel pack for two or three hours (by changing the gel pack as soon as you no longer feel the freshness!). It is also possible to install the gel pack as a layer (Baby) and home run while going about their business. Anyone who leads a normal life, does her housework, shopping, travels in his work, caring for children etc can make the most of the gel pack. People who simply can not walk also derive the greatest benefit.

This is true for both men and women. For a hundred years, the Bath derivative has been taught by men (men Kuhne, Geffroy, Dextreit), primarily by men.

In ten years we have tried various pockets of freezing of all sizes. We ended up designing one that meets all the necessary guarantees. This gel pack is very solid and is machine washable. It is very discrete anatomical and under clothing. This is the only one we can recommend it currently is on the site www.yokool.fr
